Working at NOS Alive

It was still called Optimus Alive back then. It was 7 years ago. And now I feel old. Great. Let’s move on from that.

When I was 18 my passion was photography, I was already at University studying communication design, but what I really wanted to do was photography. It’s what I spent most of my time doing. It lasted all through university, so on my last year I decided to take a night course, really figure some things out about photography.

That’s how I got the opportunity to work at NOS Alive as a photographer. We were working for Everything is New TV, worked in teams of 3 – one photographer, one cameraman and one tv host – and we went around documenting the event, everything from concerts to people with interesting outfits, and interviews with the artists.

It was a blast and I learned a lot.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t very friendly with Social Media back then. I really wasn’t into it so I never got to share much of what I did back then – in retrospect, it was probably a good thing.

However, I have to start cleaning my hard drive. So after a long drive down memory lane, I present to you: NOS Alive 2011 – my favorites.
